When an Ijele masquerade appears in public,other masquerades bow in honour and disappear. How else can we begin to describe this man , this worthy son of Anambra State,an illustrious son of Anambra South Senatorial zone,a man of many parts ,a philanthropist,a bridge builder,an International !Sportsman,an Industrialist,an IROKO tree that has allowed the downtrodden to nest on its tree.How do we describe this political giant who oblivious of his elevated status in the society hearkens to the needs of our people :offering employment opportunities to a teeming number of Anambrarians and Ndi Igbo in his numerous enterprises,with over 5000 scholarship awards to ouq sons and daughters and with over 2000 widows pay-rolled in his Poverty Alleviation Scheme. The noble role he played during the Kerosene Scarcity in order to cushion the effect of the scarcity on families via his Kerosene Direct Scheme cannot be forgotten in a hurry.
At the heat of the last Gubernatorial election in Anambra Statr , Chief Ifeanyichukwu Ubah rose to the occasion and publicly declared that "APGA AFA IGBO AMA EFU ..promptly set the right machinery in motion for actualizing victory for our beloved Governor,His Excellency Chief Willie Obiano.
Notwithstanding some juvenile and laughable smear campaigns , coupled with media trials and cheap blackmail by some disgruntled elements " Ifeanyi Ubah phobists " , well packaged as a launching pad to dent his good image , we Make bold to say without any equivocation and also going by the COURT of PUBLIC OPINION which is what matters in politics , that Chief Ifeanyi Ubah remains the only PANACEA for growth,peace,unity and destruction of social injustices against our people and Ndi Igbo.
