Breaking: 16 Persons Feared Dead In Benue

                        

About sixteen persons were feared dead in a midnight attack on the people of Agatu, Agatu Local Government Area (LGA) of Benue State by suspected Fulani herdsmen on Wednesday.

Daily Independent gathered that the attack which took place at about 1am were carried out in Ebete, Usha council ward of the LGA.

Meanwhile, the military spike operation in the state, Operation Whirl Stroke (OPWS) has confirmed the attack.
