The long awaited hand over note from the former Governor of Imo state, H.E Owelle Anayochukwu Ethelbert Okorocha, to H E Emeka Ihedioha which has been belated for weeks now, has finally been handed over to the SSG, Rt. Hon. Hon Uche Onyeagocha, by the Principal Secretary to the Immediate past Governor, Hon Arch. Emeka Duru, Today ,6th June 2019 at the Cabinet Office Owerri.
